Returns

We have a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to accept a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags intact
  • In its original packaging

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@thewkndedit.in with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right.


Exchanges

Not the right size? We get it — and we make it easy to swap.

Email us at hello@thewkndedit.in with your order number and the size you need. Once we confirm stock availability, we'll guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email hello@thewkndedit.in with your order number and reason for return or exchange
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps
  3. Ship the item back to us in its original condition
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or dispatch your exchange

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status within 2 business days.

If approved:

  • Prepaid orders — refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • COD orders — refunded via bank transfer within 7–10 business days

Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
