Welcome to The WKND Edit. By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. About Us

thewkndedit.in is owned and operated by The WKND Edit, a women's apparel brand based in New Delhi, India. Our Services are powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. All purchases are made directly with The WKND Edit — Shopify is not a party to any transaction between you and us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services or place an order. By using this website, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer or assign your account to any other person.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.
Product colours may vary slightly from images due to screen settings.
We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions but do not warrant they are error-free.
We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time without prior notice.
Promotions and discounts are subject to separate terms and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. We will notify you if your order is cancelled.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD availability depends on your delivery pin code.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. If a payment fails, check with your bank before retrying to avoid duplicate charges.

Prices in effect at the time of your order will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. Posted prices do not include shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Standard delivery: 5–7 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
A tracking link will be sent to your registered email or phone upon dispatch.
Once your order is handed to the courier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs processing, or events outside our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact and in original packaging.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To initiate a return or exchange, email hello@thewkndedit.in with your order number and reason.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method; COD orders via bank transfer.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Email hello@thewkndedit.in immediately with your order number to request a cancellation. If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process upon delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on thewkndedit.in — including product images, logos, text, and brand assets — is the property of The WKND Edit and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

9. Feedback & Reviews

By submitting reviews, suggestions, or other feedback to us, you grant The WKND Edit a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and publish that content for any purpose, including improving and promoting our Services. You represent that you own the rights to any feedback you submit and that it is accurate and not misleading.

10. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or tools (including social media platforms and courier tracking services). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk — please review their terms and privacy policies before engaging.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may use our Services for lawful purposes only. You may not:

Use our Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of The WKND Edit or any third party
Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
Scrape, copy, or extract any content from our website using automated tools or AI agents
Impersonate any person or entity
Harass, abuse, or harm any person connected with our Services
Resell or commercially exploit any part of our Services without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time if these Terms are violated.

Identifies itself as an Agent in all HTTP/HTTPS requests
Does not mimic human behaviour or bypass security measures such as CAPTCHAs
Responds truthfully when asked whether interactions are from a human or computer

We may restrict or block Agent access at our discretion.

13. Relationship with Shopify

Our Services are hosted and powered by Shopify. By using our website, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and The WKND Edit, including any product-related claims, damages, or losses. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases with us.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The WKND Edit, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers (including Shopify and its affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or replacement costs — arising from your use of our Services or products. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The WKND Edit.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours without notice.
Headings: Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
